Taldea - Registered brand and design

Taldea means “team” in Basque. It is the result of the fusion of the Artzaina and the L’Alios. The Artzaina handle is reversed and added to the L’Alios blade, for a more substantial table knife, ideal for meat as well as everyday use! It comes in a wide range of noble materials, so you have plenty of choice. 

Felt case offered for 6 or 12 knives purchased. 

Its singular shape has already won over several starred restaurants, such as L’Antre Amis or that of Sébastien Gravé.

Lame fixe en alenox, acier inoxydable très haut de gamme qui offre une belle qualité de coupe et un tranchant durable grâce à la cryogénisation. 

Maintenance

Le paperstone peut passer au lave-vaisselle. Attention tout de même aux détergents utilisés et à la position des couteaux dans la machine. Privilégiez le tiroir à couverts.
